Cancellations received within 15 DAYS of guest arrival will be
charged a 1 NIGHT CANCELLATION FEE.

NO SHOWS will be charged 1 NIGHT CANCELLATION FEE.

HIGH SEASON
Valid: 16 July 11-15 September 11
Cancellations received within 22 DAYS of guest arrival will be
charged a 1 NIGHT CANCELLATION FEE.

NO SHOWS will be charged 1 NIGHT CANCELLATION FEE.

PEAK SEASON
Valid: 23 December 11-07 January 12
Cancellations received within 31 DAYS of guest arrival will be
charged a 3 NIGHT CANCELLATION FEE.

NO SHOWS will be charged 100% CANCELLATION FEES.
