CANCELLATION POLICY

All cancellations must be received by hotel in writing.

Cancellations made within 3 days prior to arrival date will be
charged one (1) night cancellation fee.

Valid: 20 December 11 - 10 January 12
Cancellations made within 14 days prior to arrival date will be
charged one (1) night cancellation fee.

Valid : 01 April 12 - 19 December 12 & 11 January 13 - 31 March 13
Cancellations made within 4 days prior to arrival date will be
charged one (1) night cancellation fee.

Valid: 20 December 12 - 10 January 13
Cancellations made within 15 days prior to arrival date will be
charged one (1) night cancellation fee.

NO SHOWS & EARLY CHECK-OUTS
A cancellation fee of 100% applies to all bookings which
no-show or check-out early at any time.

These charges are in addition to any fees levied by third
parties, airlines, tour operators and/or Singapore Airlines
