DISABLED FACILITIES
There are 2 rooms (Deluxe Plus Category) equipped for disabledguests. These are on a request basis. All public areas are
wheelchair accessible. There are light indicators for the phone
and doorbell. Controls for the lights, radiot, TV and air
conditioning are accessible from the bed.
The bathroom features include handrails for the toilet and the
shower as well as a hand held shower hose. The toilet, mirrors
and basins are at wheelchair height.
HONEYMOONERS
Honeymooners will receive floral honeymoon bed decoration, fruitand flower bouquet upon arrival & King size bed guaranteed.
RENOVATIONS
The Hilton Phuket Arcadia Resort & Spa will have one section ofthe hotel under refurbishment between June 27th and
October 31st, 2011. The work is expected to have none or
limited disturbance. All hotels facilities are available as normal
and the hotel is locating guests in rooms away from the work.

Garden and Sea View)

Accommodation: No guests will be accommodated in this
building during refurbishment. All Guestroom and Suite
bookings will be accommodated away from the refurbishment.

and all Front Desk services will be moved to our Saitong Front
Desk Andaman
B Lobby: Lobby and Andaman Bar area

Visual impact Limited, as all Front Desk services will be
moved to our Saitong Front Desk and no guests will be
accommodated in the Andaman Wing B
Impact on other service outlets:
Due to the above activities, Sails Restaurant will be closed and
Buon Appetito Restaurant in our Saitong Wing will be the
main restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Other outlets
such as Thai Thai and Caff� Cino will remain available and
operational at normal operating hours.
All Pools, Kidz Club, Health Club and Business Centre will
operate as normal with none or very limited potential
disturbance to the guests.
Because of the large size of the resort, the layout of the rooms
in separate buildings and the relocation of our main Lobby and
Front Desk to the Saitong Wing, the overall disruption to
guests is expected to be minimal. Please find attached a map of
the hotel indicating work areas and relocated services.
The additional safety and guest assistance measures will be:
Contract workers will have no access to guest areas
No guests will be allocated in the work area
Our main front office as well as our lobby bar, will be
relocated to our Saitong Lobby
The work areas will be as much as possible screened from
guest view
All guests will receive a letter upon arrival explaining the work.
