What are the new amenities/facilities in 2011?
1. New LCD TVs and DVD players in all rooms as of July 1st 2011

New Deluxe Rooms
We are excited to announce the plan to completely upgrde all
Superior Rooms (Bhuri Wing) to the Deluxe Room status. The new
design emphasizes a soft colour scheme and generous use of
room space.
The renovations will be completed in 2 stages:
1st Phase: 01 August 11 - 31 October 11 (40 rooms)
2nd Phase: 01 May 12 - 30 September 12 (78 rooms)
What works will be done to the rooms?
There will be no structural change; thus no heavy machines will
be used. To enhance the room's atmosphere; the floor, wallpaper,
furniture and lighting system will be changed. In addition,
the bathroom will be upgraded.
When will the works take place?
The renovation works will take place from 8am-5pm on the
scheduled dates.
What are the effects from these renovations?
Since all of the works will be done inside the rooms, we expect
no visual and noise disturbance from this renovation. We will
carefully block the entire renovation zones to ensure that the
renovations and workers cannot be seen by the guests.
The Bhuri Wing will remain opened as normal throughout the 2
phrases. The Thani Wing will have absolutely zero effect from
the renovation works.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Valid: 11 January 11 - 31 March 11
Any cancellations received inside 16 days will be charged a
1 night fee.

In the case of a No-Show or Early Check-out the hotel will
charge a 100% cancellation fee

Valid: 01 April 11 - 31 October 11
Cancellations made within 7 days prior to arrival date will be
subjected to one (1) night cancellation fee

Valid: 01 November 11 - 21 December 11 & 11 January 12 - 31 March 12
Cancellations made within 15 days prior to arrival date will be
subjected to one (1) night cancellation fee

Valid: 22 December 11 - 10 January 12
Cancellations made within 30 days prior to arrival date will be
subjected to 100% cancellation fee

No-shows or guests who check out prior to the end of their
reservation will be subject to a minimum of one (1) night
cancellation fee to 100% cancellation fee, at the discretion
of the hotel.

Please note these fees are in additional to fees levied by
airlines, tour operators, third parties, Singapore Airlines
Holidays, Freestyle Holidays, both members of the Pinpoint
Travel Group.
