- A full daily activities programme is provided for children
between the ages of 4-12 years staying in the hotel.

facing the beach
b) 22 August 11 - 30 September 11, the Andaman Pool Bistro.

The Water Park facilities (Water slide, lower and upper pools
and jacuzzi), remain open and your guests will still enjoy
their water games, aqua aerobics and their leisurely swim.
The Andaman pool bistro dining and beverage services will be
available at the Cafe Loma & Terrace and Upper Pool Gardens.
All the other dining outlets, Rim Talay Thai Restaurant, The
Grange Steak and Seafood Grill, Chai Nam Bar plus the 24 hour
Room service continue to operate as normal.
Similarly, all other facilities and services of the resort
remain available for use and rest be assured that all efforts
will be undertaken to ensure that the guests have minimal
inconvenience and will enjoy themselves at Laguna Beach Resort.

CANCELLATION POLICY

During periods of high occupancy the hotel reserves the right
to request a deposit equivalent to a minimum of 1 night room
charge or up to 50% of the entire stay.

Cancellations received within 8 days prior to arrival will be
charged 1 night cancellation fee.

Valid: 01 April 11 - 31 October 11 & 01 March 12 - 31 March 12
Cancellations made within 4 days prior to arrival date will be
charged one (1) night cancellation fee.

Valid: 08 January 12 - 29 February 12
Cancellations made within 4 days prior to arrival date will be
charged one (1) night cancellation fee.

Valid: 23 December 11 - 07 January 12, Chinese New Year & Easter Holidays
Cancellations made within 31 days prior to arrival date will be
charged 50% cancellation fee.

No shows or cancellations received within 24 hours will be
charged 100% of the entire duration.

levied by third parties, airlines, tour operators and/or
Singapore Airlines Holidays and/or Freestyle Holidays, both
