ROOM DESCRIPTION (USE AS A GUIDE ONLY)

SUPERIOR ROOM This room type overlooks Patong Street. The windows are not sound proofed so evening noise can be heard. It is a very budget type room. The bathroom is small, very clean with toilet and shower only.
BEDDING: 1 Double/King bed or 2 Single beds plus 1 rollaway bed
MAXIMUM GUESTS: 2 adults and 1 child or 3 adults

DELUXE CITY VIEW ROOM Some Deluxe rooms overlook Patong Street with sound proofed glass, therfore, very little noise can be heard. The room has a small sitting area, this is larger in space than Superior Room. The bathroom has a shower over bath and also has bathrobes. The other Deluxe rooms have a balcony and the room overlooks the pool and has some garden/seaviews. These rooms are closer to the beach.

DELUXE BALCONY ROOM Same as Deluxe City View Rooms but feature a balcony. rooms, these also have to be requested at the time of booking and will not be guaranteed.

MAXIMUM GUESTS: 2 adults and 1 child or 3 adults

JUNIOR SUITE There are only 5 of these rooms so they are difficult to confirm. These are set directly facing the beach at back of the resort and get the least amount of noise.

ANDAMAN SUITE There are only 3 of these rooms so they are difficult to book. Set next to the beach and close to the pool and Junior Suite so quieter.

Cancellations received within 15 days prior to arrival will
incur a 50% of total nights booked cancellation fee.

Cancellations received within 22 days prior to arrival will
incur a 100% of total nights booked cancellation fee.

No Show or Non Arrivals will incur a 100% cancellation fee
