Cancellations received 15 DAYS prior to arrival will be subject
to a cancellation fee equal to one nights accommodation plus
applicable tax and service charges.

All cancellations received a within 31 DAYS prior to guests
arrival, will incur a minimum 5 night cancellation charge plus
applicable tax and service charges.

NO SHOWS will incur a fee of one nights accommodation, excluding

period of stay plus a no show penalty will apply.
