PROPERTY LOCATION AND DESCRIPTION

The hotel is located on the beach at the corner of Kuta Beach Rd (this road runs along the beachfront of central Kuta) and Melasti St. The resort overlooks the beach and just outside the hotel entrance are many shops, restaurants and markets. A paved road runs along the front of the hotel and is only used by pedestrians allowing guests to stroll to nearby Kuta.

DELUXE POOL VILLA (available from 1 April 12)
DESCRIPTION: The Deluxe Pool Villa has its own unique layout and a private pool 2.2m x 7m, and depth of 1.4m as well as an outdoor shower and a small private garden. Bathroom has a jacuzzi for 2 and outdoor-like shower. DVD player and free laundry service is also included.

SUPERIOR FAMILY ROOM
DESCRIPTION: The hotel has a 2-storey wing of rooms located near the entrance of the property. This wing consists of all Family Rooms. The lower level of rooms can accommodate a maximum of 4 persons, with 2 seperate bedrooms. The Twin room is near to the front door, which leads to the adults room and bathroom.

DESCRIPTION: The upper floor features entry from the rear past the bathroom into the living area with stairs leading up to a mezzanine level with parents room & the living area. DISABLED FACILITIES

Hotel Legian Beach has rooms for the disabled, however they must
be requested in advance. The 5 x Superior rooms are equipped
with handrails in shower, in toilet, with a Wheelchair
accessible shower. Rooms interconnect with regular Superior Room.
The main pool also had disabled access. There is disabled access
throughout the resort.

Description: DELUXE POOL VILLAS
Pool Villas are been refurbished as they are
located in secluded area, separated by its own wall compound and
the works are done inside the closed wall rooms, no one will
realize there are works been carried out. Their wont be any
noise or visual disturbance to guests, This is due to be
completed by the end of October 2011.
The Bale restaurant will also be going under renovations
starting on the 6th of November and will be completed by
01 April 12.
Description: BALE RESTAURANT
The whole area of the Bale Banjar restaurant, lais Kitchen
main kitchen adn the bar will be closed and coordened using
a 3 metre high partition. Coco pool (smaller pool) will be
closed for 2 weeks from 6 November 11-20 November 11 for service and upgrade.
Working hours will be 0900-1800 inclusing Sundays and public
Holidays.

Services During the Renovation:
Both swimming pools will remain open except the Coco pool which
is closed from 06 November 11-20 November 11.
All services and facilities ewmain open excpet banjar Bar.
The BAR will be moved by the Frangipani and in service until
1am daily
Buffet breakfast and dinner will be served at the beachfront
Ocean Terrace and Gino's/Lais
A La Carte lunch will be served in the Ocean Terrace, Ginos's
Ole Ocean patio and Pool areas.
A special nearly transparent roof will be installed at Ocean
Terrace to anticipate rainy season
Access to the Coco pool and beach is available in front of the
Bungalow number zero.

The Hotel will be offering daily Complimentary dinner as
compensationfor all guests staying dring the renovation period
of 06 November 11-31 March 12. The complimentary dinner does not include
any beverages.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations received within 6 DAYS of guest arrival will incur
a 1 night cancellation charge.

NO SHOWS will incur 2 night cancellation charge.

Please note these charges are in addition to fees levied by
Airlines, Tour Operators and The Pinpoint Travel Group.
