Casa Del mar will be undergoing renovations from June to
October 2011.
The new rooms will feature additional storage space, timber
flooring, new lighting, new "heavely" type of beds, new
furniture and new curtains. Timber decking will be laid at the
porch and terrace area. existing glass panels and entrance door
will be replaced with sliding door, enable guests to enjoy the
sea breeze. Other room amenities include power socket panel with
universal adaptor next to the working desk, wall mounted flat
screen TV and ipod docking station.

A dedicated area at the lounge will feature a seperate shower,
for checked out guests who are on a late flight.

CANCELLATION POLICY

NO SHOWS and early departures will incur a 100% cancellation fee
of hotels/tours and transfers per person.

VALID: 01 April 10-31 March 11
Cancellations received 7-14 days prior to arrival will incur
a penalty of 1 nights accommodation.

Cancellations received 3-6 days prior to arrival will incur
a penalty of 50% of total stay.

Cancellations received within 48 hours prior to arrival will
incur a penalty of 100% of total stay.

Cancellations received 21-30 days prior to arrival will incur
a penalty of 1 nights accommodation.

Cancellations received 12-20 days prior to arrival will incur
a penalty of 50% of the total stay.

of hotels/tours and transfers per person.
