Each of the spacious new courtyard villas vary 300 to 600sqm in size with a private lap pool with a minimum size of 11mtrs in length and a generous outdoor garden complimented with a wooden gazebo which may double as a daybed or intimate private dining.

RENOVATIONS

The Samaya has advised that they will commence refurbishment of
the royal pavilions & one bedroom pool villas near the lobby on
01 October 10-15 March 12. The two bedroom Royal Pavilions will no longer
be available post renovation as these will be converted into one
bedroom Royal Pavilions with a connecting door. The remainder of
the property including Breeze Restaurant will operate as per
normal. The resort will minimize any disturbances during this
period and all work will be localized as much as possible.
ONE BEDROOM POOL VILLAS will be closed from 01 October 10-15 March 12
for renovations
ONE BEDROOM ROYAL VILLAS - will not be closed as renovation
is only on the beach side.

CANCELLATION POLICY

LOW SEASON
Valid: 01 October 11-20 December 11 and 05 January 12-31 March 12
valid: 01 April 12-15 July 12, 01 October 12-20 December 12 and 05 January 13-31 March 13
Cancellations received within 8 DAYS of arrival will be charged
a 1 night cancellation fee.

HIGH SEASON
Valid: 21 December 11-04 January 12
Valid: 16 July 12-30 September 12 and 21 December 12-04 January 13
Cancellations received within 22 DAYS of arrival will be charged
a 1 night cancellation fee.
Cancellations received within 15 DAYS of arrival will be charged
50% OF THE TOTAL BOOKING.

NO SHOWS AND EARLY DEPARTURES will be charged 100% of the
booking
