DESCRIPTION: Two Bedroom villas are 400sqm. Both bedrooms are identical and open onto a large swimming pool, sunbathing area and tropical manicured garden. Each bedroom includes air- conditioning, private bathroom, satellite TV, IDD phone & walk- in wardrobe. Two Bedroom villas also have fully equipped kitchens with separate dining and lounge area.

3 BEDROOM VILLA
DESCRIPTION: Three bedroom villas are 600sqm. Two of the three bedrooms are identical, while the 3rd is a separate "round villa" located across the garden, away from the other 2 bedrooms. All bedrooms open up to the large pool, sunbathing area and manicured gardens. Three bedroom villas also have a fully equipped kitchen with separate lounge and dining area.

CANCELLATION POLICY

LOW SEASON

Cancellations received within 22 DAYS of guest arrival will be
charged a 1 NIGHT cancellation fee.

HIGH SEASON

Cancellations received within 31 DAYS of guest arrival will be
charged a 1 NIGHT cancellation fee.

NO SHOWS will be charged 100% of the booking.
