Cancellations received within 2 DAYS of arrival will incur a
1 NIGHT cancellation fee.
NO SHOWS will incur a 3 night charge.

HIGH SEASON

Cancellations received within 4 DAYS of arrival will incur a
2 NIGHT cancellation fee.
NO SHOWS will incur a 3 night charge.

PEAK SEASON
Valid: 20 December 11-05 January 12

Cancellations received within 7 DAYS of arrival will incur a
3 NIGHTS cancellation fee.
NO SHOWS will incur a fee of 100% of stay.

Early check out will be charged a minimum 1 night penalty and
during high season at the hotels discretion.
