Cancellations received within 15 DAYS prior to guest arrival
will incur a 1 NIGHT cancellation fee.

Cancellations received within 8 DAYS prior to guest arrival
will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

Valid: 15 July 11-15 September 11 & 20 December 11-06 January 12
Cancellations received within 46 DAYS prior to guest arrival
will incur a 1 NIGHT cancellation fee.

Cancellations received within 31 DAYS prior to guest arrival
will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

LATE ARRIVALS, NO SHOWS and EARLY DEPARTURES will incur a 100%
cancellation fee.
