PROPERTY LOCATION AND DESCRIPTION

The Six Senses Hideaway is located on a headland on the northern tip of Koh Samui, 6km from the airport. Just 66 villas create an atmosphere of space and light whilst maintaining views from almost every location in the villa. Six senses also offer extensive menu of holistic and traditional treatments .

Six Senses Hideaway Samui is located on a headland on the
northern tip of Samui Island, approximately 6km from Samui
International Airport and a 45min flight south of Bangkok.
The resort is an easy and scenic 10-minute drive from Samui
International Airport.

asked to sign a disclaimer form upon check-in.

MINIMUM STAY
Any bookings that fall over 31 December 12 must stay a minimum of

ROOM DESCRIPTION (USE AS A GUIDE ONLY)

Six Senses Samui has 66 uniquely designed villas. ALl the villas are split level with the sundeck and /or swimming pool on the lower level.

CHILD POLICY:
Children below 12 years sharing with paying adults stay free of charge. All rooms feature a large day bed that is then converted to a bed. There are NO rollaways at this hotel.
For safety reasons children below 12 years are not permitted to stay in the Pool Villas unless a waiver is signed by parents at check-in.

HIDEAWAY VILLA
DESCRIPTION: These villas are a total of 130sqm with 55sqm of living space. They feature an outdoor shower, plunge bathtub with panoramic views, large daybed, outdoor dining table and CD player with speakers in both the bedroom and bathroom.

MAXIMUM GUESTS: 2 Adults or 1 Adult and 1 Child

POOL VILLA
DESCRIPTION: With a total area of 160sqm featuring 55sqm of living space over 2 floors. Featuring a private plunge pool 2.5 x 5m in size with an outdoor shower, plunge bathtub with panoramic views, 2 outdoor day beds, sun bathing deck with private sun lounges and outdoor dining table.

OCEAN FRONT POOL VILLA SUITE
DESCRIPTION: 300sqm in size with 80sqm of living space. These luxurious suites feature their own private plunge pool (3m x 5m)_ with sala and large daybed, sun bathing deck with sun lounges, private living room with 2 daybeds, outdoor dining table with 4 seats, personal wine fridge, plunge bathtub with panoramic views and 2 bathrooms - one with double vanity basins.

PRESIDENTIAL VILLA (On application)
DESCRIPTION: 600sqm in size and a pool size of 4.2 x 10m this luxurious villa features 2 bedrooms on the left and right side with a shared living room in the middle. There are 2 bathrooms with a walk in closet and dressing table. The plunge bathtub features panoramic views. Other features include a private living room with 2 daybeds, 1 outdoor sala with 2 day beds and 1 table and a private entrance to the signature restaurant 'Dining on the Rocks'.

clients are Honeymooners to receive the above.

CANCELLATION POLICY

01 April 12 - 27 July 12, 09 January 13 - 31 March 13
For cancellations received less than 15 days prior to arrival
date will be charged 1 nights cancellation fee.
NO-SHOWS & EARLY DEPARTURES
Will be charged 2 nights cancellation fee

28 July 12 - 31 August 12
For cancellations received between 22 days or less prior to
arrival date will be charged 1 nights cancellation fee.
NO-SHOWS & EARLY DEPARTURES
Will be charged 2 nights cancellation fee.

01 September 12 - 24 December 12
For any cancellations received 48 hours or less prior to arrival
date will be charged 1 nights cancellation fee.
NO-SHOWS & EARLY DEPARTURES
Will be charged a 1 night cancellation fee

25 December 12 - 08 January 13
For cancellations received between 46 days and 22 days prior
there will be a charge of 25% of the total stay.
For cancellations received between 21 days and 15 days prior
there will be a charge of 50% of the total stay.
For cancellations received within 14 days or less prior there
will be a charge of 100% of the total stay.
NO-SHOWS & EARLY DEPARTURES
Will be charged a 100% cancellation fee
