Cancellations received within 30 DAYS prior to guest arrival
will be charged a 25% CANCELLATION FEE.

Cancellations received within 21 DAYS prior to guest arrival
will be charged a 50% CANCELLATION FEE.

Cancellations received within 14 DAYS prior to guest arrival
will be charged a 70% CANCELLATION FEE.

Cancellations received within 8 DAYS prior to guest arrival
will be charged a 100% CANCELLATION FEE.

NO SHOWS will be charged a 100% CANCELLATION FEE.
